The space
Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom bungalow, located within a serene tea plantation. Our guests have the luxury of strolling through the lush greenery, or embarking on a trek to Chakkipara, one of the highest cliffs in Vagamon. This exclusive experience is only available to our guests.

Our property is designed to provide utmost privacy and tranquility. It is the perfect getaway from the chaos of the city. With the calming sound of birds and gentle breeze, you can truly unwind and relax. Come escape to our peaceful oasis.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to our stunning 12-acre property, which includes a picturesque tea plantation, private scenic viewpoints, and beautiful meadows, you'll also have the opportunity to explore our off-road track and extensive green meadow, or simply unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere.
Other things to note
Important information to keep in mind during your stay:

Our property is managed by a resident family who will ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your visit.

Please be aware that the last 2.5 km leading to our property is a mild off-road path and only accessible by vehicles with good ground clearance. However, we do have a secure gated car parking area available before the off-road section. If needed, we provide complimentary transportation to the property via our Jeep once during your stay.

We offer delicious Kerala cuisine, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, prepared by our caretaker family. Please place your food order in advance. Guest don’t have facility to cook inside the property. Kitchen available can be used only for heating food using microwave oven.

BBQ Grill is available at the property, please note that all the necessary items for grilling including charcoal and meat must be bought by the guest. Cleaning, marination and grilling must be done by the guest itself. Our caretaker won’t be available for helping you with it as he will be busy with other chores.

If informed priorly we will be arranging bonfire at a cost of ₹350/attempt.

We also offer different Jeep safari packages for the guest at an extra cost.

Please note that we do not have a separate room for drivers within the property. However, we can arrange for their stay in a nearby lodge. Guests are required to inform us in advance and the payment for the lodge must be made directly to the owner. Please note that the availability of the lodge rooms is subject to confirmation.

Grilling Facilities: We provide grilling equipment, but guests must bring charcoal, meat, and other items. No assistance provided.
