HOUSE RULES:
1. Hand over Refundable Security Deposit (20k) to our team at check-in and the same will be returned after check out
2. Check In: 2 PM & Check Out: 11 AM strictly.
3. Request you to please adhere to the timings and house rules. Otherwise Security Deposit will be forfeited.
4. 100% payment & Food Preference required 4 days prior to the check-in. Hand over Food Bill amount in advance/ before check in to us in Delhi. We take 100% advance payment for meals. Anyone above 5 yrs will be charged.
5. Breakfast is complimentary
6. There is No TV
7. Free WiFi
8. Swimming pool, Steam room, and Jacuzzi instructions + timings to be followed as mentioned at the property
9. No loud music after 10 pm
10. Speaker Available in Living Room Area & please ask our team if you want to play any sports or games- they will be able to help you.
11. After 10 guests (anyone above 5 yrs): Extra guest Pricing will be charged.
12. Shoot/ Event Charges are separate. Here- only booking for stays will be valid.
13. No males staff to sleep inside, only female staff are allowed as per set occupancy.
14. Kitchen access is not allowed to guests.
Extra Charges:
Extra Guest: 2.5k per person and Visitor Charges: 2k per person (anyone above 5 yrs will be charged)
Bonfire: Complimentary for first 2 hours, subsequently 1k/ hour
Jacuzzi: Complimentary for first 2 hours, subsequently 2k/ hour (Please inform 2-3 hours in advance)
In-case, Outside Food Re-heating is required, then we charge 5k per day. We help you re-heat the outside food (microwave), serve the same using our cutlery and we also do the dishes. P.S. Kitchen access is not allowed.
