About this space
Welcome to our holiday home in Bhowali near Nainital, an actual Airbnb and not a hotel. My wife and I, both artists who cherish the little details, built this space as a peaceful escape from the busy city life. Nestled on a private mountaintop at 1800 meters, the house is secluded yet easily accessible to popular destinations like Nainital, Mukteshwar, Kainchi Dham, Bhimtal, and Sattal—all just 15 to 30 minutes away. We invite you to unwind in our lovingly curated retreat, where nature and comfort coexist beautifully.

The space
Escape into a private sanctuary where stunning natural beauty meets thoughtful design. Each of the four studio-style suites is over 900 sq. ft., offering panoramic 180-degree views of the lush surroundings. You’ll wake up to the mountains outside your window and enjoy five-star bathrooms fitted with Jaguar fixtures. Fast Wi-Fi is available in every room to keep you connected, should you choose to be. Our home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience we love sharing with people, and it keeps us motivated to keep making it better.

Step outside and you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden with a party area, and a rooftop space perfect for stargazing or quiet evenings with a drink in hand. Sustainability is a priority here, solar power fuels the home, and we follow strict food waste recycling. A designer bonfire area and bar setup invite warm, unforgettable evenings with friends and family. The professionally managed kitchen serves fresh, made-to-order meals prepared with care (please allow 1–2 hours for service, as we don’t use frozen food). With attractions like Kainchi Dham just 8 km away, and Nainital, Bhimtal, and Mukteshwar within easy driving distance, you’ll have plenty to explore.

Guest access
Guests have access to all four private studios located on the upper level of the house, as well as the rooftop sitting area and garden. Two sun-facing rooms are fitted with smart-timer ACs, available from 11 AM to 4 AM. Even in peak summer, temperatures at this altitude remain cool, often under 20°C at night. We also offer curated dinner and sunset setups on request, which can be arranged at an additional cost. This is a rare property—few homes in this region offer air-conditioned rooms at this elevation.

Other things to note
This is a home, not a hotel. If you’re looking for hotel-style services, this may not be the right fit for you. Each suite has its own kitchen, and while we do offer serviced meals, everything is made fresh to order, and takes at least 1–2 hours to prepare. Please do not request direct bookings—we only accept guests through Airbnb. Our pricing is already highly discounted, with premium rooms offered at ₹4000–₹6000 per night.

A cooked breakfast is included with the booking; guests can choose from eggs of their choice or two parathas per person, along with tea and biscuits. Sandwiches, coffee, and other menu items are chargeable. Guests booking all four rooms can request a 20% discount on bulk meals. Each suite also has two fans and a fully equipped kitchen for added comfort and convenience.
